Content Strategy & Audits
I offer B2B content strategy services to help clients make sense of their content, with all of its strengths and opportunities, through content audits and competitive analyses. I make key recommendations to help them achieve their business goals and implement changes when follow-through is part of the package. Working with designers and copywriters, I make sure that content is understandable, discoverable, accessible, and helpful to the right people.
What about AI? Everybody is feeling pressure to incorporate AI. I help clients figure out the problems they want to solve and how it can help. Areas I address include content creation (automation and workflow efficiency), content organization (taxonomy, information architecture, content models and structure), research tools, and marketing strategy.
